Fee rates & how we verify them

This page is the public maintenance log for every calculator on FeeFellow: the rates in use, where each one comes from, and the date it was last checked against the marketplace's own documentation. If a calculator and this page ever disagree, this page is the one being fixed.

How verification works

Official sources only. Rates come from the marketplaces' own fee policies and help pages, never from blogs, forums, or other calculators.
Every rate carries a date. Each schedule below shows when it was last verified. Calculator pages print the same date next to their results.
Regular re-verification. Schedules are re-checked on a quarterly cycle, and monthly for any marketplace in a known fee-change window. When a rate changes, the calculators and this page are updated together and the change is logged below.
Corrections are welcome and public. If you spot a rate that does not match your seller account, tell us via the contact page. Confirmed corrections are fixed and recorded in the change log with the date.

Change log

16 October 2026	Initial verification of the full Etsy schedule from Etsy's official fee, payments, and help pages. Two widely repeated errors corrected in our data: the $100 Offsite Ads cap applies to both the 12% and 15% tiers, and Australia has no regulatory operating fee.

eBay and Amazon schedules will be added to this page, with their own sources and verification dates, as their calculators ship. Nothing on this site uses an unverified rate.
